Bindra Returns to IRI
Analytics specialist Information Resources Inc. (IRI) has re-hired Jatinder (Ronny) Bindra as Senior VP of Retail Insights, based in the Chicago head office.
Bindra will be tasked with identifying the solutions that manufacturers and retailers need to help them understand their customers, consumers, and return on marketing and sales investments. He joins from Information Management Solutions, a division of Management Science Associates (MSA), where he was Senior VP. Before this, he was an Executive VP with NFO World Group where he was responsible for interactive business, product and technology development.
He joined NFO after a 13 year stint in IRI's Analytics Insights Group, latterly as Senior VP, Atlantic Region, where his role involved working alongside clients to deliver marketing and sales insights using modeling, testing and household panel data.
Commenting on the appointment, IRI's Business and Consumer Insights President, Sunil (Sunny) Garga said: 'Ronny is perfect for this role, bringing a wealth of experience and skills to support our clients emerging needs, while furthering the company's position as a powerhouse in advanced analytics and customer relationship management.'
Originally from India, Bindra was previously a Board Director of I-GYAN, a public charity dedicated to bringing Internet technology to rural communities in India.
