Organic Growth - NMI Hires Two

Health, wellness and sustainability researcher The Natural Marketing Institute (NMI) has hired Greg Stephens, RD and Linda Povey as Vice Presidents of Strategic Consulting.

Stephens was previously VP at value-added nutritional products firm Nurture, Inc., responsible for sales, marketing, clinical research and regulatory affairs. Before this he spent around twenty years at the Ross Nutritional Products Division of Abbott Laboratories. He holds a B.S. in Human Nutrition from Georgia State University and is a Registered Dietitian with the American Dietetic Association. His new role will include business development within the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical marketplace.

Povey has more than 20 years' experience in related fields including work for The Body Shop, World Wildlife Fund, The United Way, The Limited, The Bombay Company and The United Nations. She also worked as Director of Marketing for IKEA. She has a B.A. in Art History and Political Science from Ithaca College and is a Professor of Brand Strategy and Account Planning at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia.
