Onward Christian Panellists

A London-based polling agency and Christian news provider have joined forces to launch an online service gathering opinion from UK Christians. Communicate Research and Premier Christian Media say Cpanel will include all denominations and age groups.

The new panel has been created to give Christians their say in public policy debates and the media, and provide prompt answers to questions surrounding Christian opinion. There are already 7,000 members on board who have been recruited through a mix of advertising via magazine inserts, and direct phone calling.

Offered as an omnibus service, the Cpanel is already being used by the Bible Society to uncover how Christians are using the bible while in church. Andrew Hawkins, Chief Executive of Communicate Research told DRNO that his firm is currently considering the scalability of expanding the panel overseas.

Hawkins commented: 'Through Cpanel, a major opportunity exists for Christians to influence the nation's leaders and policy formers over many issues of concern.'

Premier Christian Media's Chief Executive Peter Kerridge predicted: 'Cpanel will become an essential tool for Christian organisations and Churches in a society that needs information at the click of a mouse!'

Communicate offers bespoke research as well as other panels including the CommunicateResearch Parliamentary Panel™ which comprises 230 MPs, and CommunicateResearch Public Opinion Omnibus™ which polls 500 adults nationwide.
