Harris Launches Global Data Platform

Harris Interactive has introduced GlobalSynch(SM), an integrated, web-based platform giving fast and easy real-time access to research data collected anywhere via any method.

The company says GlobalSynch is 'ideally suited for quick turnaround projects where instantaneous access to results is important; situations that require access to integrated, enterprise-level business intelligence; and studies using multiple sample sources - including customer data.'

David Vaden, the firm's President of North America and Global Operations, says the service is 'Truly the first of its kind'. He comments: 'GlobalSynch has the power to synchronize millions of online and telephone surveys administered around the world, while giving our clients customized access to those data in real-time.'

Among other features, the system promises greatly reduced time managing projects and more for thinking, analysis and the provision of insight; improved accuracy with a single database eliminating manual data conversion and aggregation errors; stronger security for confidential information; and improved consistency.

President and CEO Gregory T. Novak says the launch is further proof of the firm's 'deep commitment to deliver innovative research solutions', adding, 'GlobalSynch provides our clients with any time, any place access to business intelligence and allows delivery of that knowledge across their enterprise in a highly efficient, reliable manner.'

The company is online at www.harrisinteractive.com .
