Online Researcher Boosts Development Team
UK-based online performance researcher eDigitalResearch has announced two hires for its technical development team. Duncan Grist joins as Senior Product Developer and Robert Piasek as Systems Administrator.
Grist joins from Sentinel Products Ltd, while Piasek worked previously at Ordnance Survey.
Shane Wright, IT Director of eDigitalResearch, says the new arrivals will strengthen the product range to keep the company ahead of the game. 'Marketers are spending an increasingly large proportion of their budgets on online activity, and so a thorough understanding of their target audience is essential so as to focus their marketing appropriately. As such, our goal is to provide all the survey-based and interactive tools required to ascertain a true picture of customer feeling.'
eDigital, whose services include website usability, functionality and customer experience research, has developed four proprietary online research tools, eMysteryShopper, eCustomerOpinions, eGlobalPanel and eDigitalCommunities, offering research among both site visitors and a pre-registered user panel.
