Yankee Group Boosts Sales Team
Technology specialist Yankee Group has hired two senior industry sales veterans for its media and entertainment teams. Troy Bryans and Diane Yarrow have more than 35 years' experience between them and both assume the title of Senior Major Account Executive.
Bryans is responsible for sales and project management of key accounts in media and entertainment, and was previously VP of Business Development for an entertainment marketing firm.
Yarrow has focused on advising on marketing communications, product development and technology investments, and previously worked as a senior account executive at Jupiter Research.
Nagle Green says the sector is 'on the cusp of major disruption as ubiquitous connectivity takes hold, causing the lines between content creators and owners to blur as music, movies and games become 'open' or available anywhere on any device'. She continues, 'As a result, market conditions for media and entertainment companies are favorable if they can spot the right opportunities at the right time.
