Harris Rebrands German and French Firms
Harris Interactive has announced the rebranding of its German and French subsidiaries, MediaTransfer and Novatris, as of September 1 - both will now operate under the Harris Interactive name.
MediaTransfer Netresearch & Consulting of Hamburg was acquired by Harris in April 2007, while Paris-based Novatris has been part of the group since 2004.
'Incorporating these firms into our global brand is part of the Harris Interactive harmonization process that all acquisitions will go through' says Harris President and CEO Gregory T. Novak. 'MediaTransfer and Novatris are excellent companies with distinctive offerings and great management teams, and we're pleased that they will now be helping us extend and strengthen the Harris Interactive brand throughout Europe.'
George Terhanian, President of Harris Interactive Europe, says the Harris Interactive brand is 'not yet well known in either France or Germany', adding: 'Through the leadership of our French and German management teams, we're quite confident that this will change in the very near future.'
