RONIN Promotes Operations Leaders
RONIN Corporation has promoted Massimo Manzoli to the role of Distributed Interviewing (DI) Operations Director, while John Buglass steps up to assume his responsibilities managing the firm's call centre and Global Control Centre.
Manzoli has spent the last eight years as Call Centre Director at RONIN, before which he was with TNS Sofres, Harris and Research International.
Buglass, who has spent the last seven years at RONIN and has worked closely with Manzoli, takes over the helm of RONIN's 150 seat call centre and the day to day management of its Global Control Centre.
RONIN says DI has greatly increased its CATI interviewing capacity, driven by the two promotees. The Global Control Centre, located in London, manages over 1,000 interviewers and covers 60 countries around the world, undertaking interviews in local language across a 24 hour set of shifts.
