Itracks Tool Adds to Mobile Research Options

Internet data collection specialist Itracks has launched a new Mobile Survey tool for quant researchers, making online surveys accessible from 'virtually all mobile devices'.

The tool, developed with partner interactive agency zu.com communications, allows researchers to integrate logos, images, and the basic functionality of a traditional online survey to the mobile environment.

VP Client Development Jim Longo, who joined from Harris in January (www.mrweb.com/drno/news6301.htm ), says the tool will help researchers to increase response rates: 'People are getting busier and mobile surveys give respondents the opportunity to complete surveys wherever they may be.' The firm says the co-operation of difficult to reach respondent groups like business executives, field employees and teens should be boosted by the new options.

Other recent Itracks launches include Bulletin Board Focus Groups (www.mrweb.com/drno/news7356.htm ) and concept testing tool iMarkIt (www.mrweb.com/drno/news7272.htm ).

The partners' web sites are at www.itracks.com and www.zu.com.
