Invoke Launches Online Tools
Online research specialist Invoke Solutions has launched a suite of online and mobile applications to help clients access real-time quant and qual insights more easily.
The firm's President and CEO Ben Cesare says that the new Engage Family of Research Solutions not only provides better economics, geographic reach and interactive experience for respondents, it also helps capture both quant data and open-ended responses.
Peter Mackey, VP of Research, says the new suite 'brings life to survey designs and methodologies that participants generally find boring'. He comments: 'Now the full Engage family brings the essence of Invoke - a blend of quali-quant questioning, real time interactive reporting, chats, and on the fly changes with adaptive questioning to the broader market of quant surveys and bulletin boards.'
The new solution comprises seven Engage branded products:- Live - Live 60-90 minute moderated online qual-quant research 'events' with up to 300 participants
- LiveXpress - Live 30-minute moderated qual-quant research 'events' with up to 75 participants
- Open - Online, interactive qual-quant experience for large and/or harder to reach groups
- Live + Open - A live qual-quant 'event' left open for days to expand the sample size
- Multi-Day - Large scale qual-quant insights over a period of days with new interactive questioning daily
- Mobile - Instant insight at the point of experience via short SMS-based surveys
- Analytics - Real-time, interactive dashboards and reporting from Invoke sessions and other survey environments.
'Not only have we taken steps in our research designs to ensure data quality, but the interactive nature of Invoke Engage research sessions has proven to keep participants focused for up to 90 minutes at a time, evaluating and discussing a wide array of product concepts, messaging and communications, and other important topics,' added Mackey.
