Itracks Launches Populis Profiling Tool

Canada-based online data collection specialist Itracks has launched a new service which it says will demonstrate that members of online communities purchase significantly more products and services than non-members.

The new Populis solution will be used in comparative research studies, and to track client referral rates, customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Its software captures panelist profiles, enabling administrators to pinpoint key members and engage them in meaningful conversation. Clients can use Populis to ask their target audience a question whenever they want and receive feedback almost instantly.

President and CEO Dan Weber explains: 'Populis will prove that by engaging customers in communities, companies will earn or save themselves thousands, if not millions. This is a software application and method that will revolutionize research.'

The firm has integrated a number of its existing software applications into the community software such as: online focus groups, online bulletin board groups, online surveys, mobile surveys and text messaging for concept testing, polling, newsletters, and image and video galleries.

Saskatoon-headquartered Itracks was founded in 1996 and now has additional offices in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and California. The firm recently unveiled Canada Talk Now, an online panel offering insights into Canadian consumer behaviour.
