ForeSee and OX2 in European Partnership

Online customer satisfaction metrics agency ForeSee Results and web analytics firm OX2/LBi have partnered to offer their behavioural and satisfaction-based metrics to clients in Europe.

The agency has offices in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and London, England.

Founded in 2003 and based in Brussels, Belgium, OX2 is the web and customer analytics arm of interactive web consultancy, the LBi Group. The firm helps clients select the right tools, set-up processes, and define KPIs and dashboards, while providing insights about reported data.

OX2/LBi founder Rene Dechamps Otamendi said that the partnership will enable his firm's European clients to analyze the impact of incremental satisfaction increases among specific users - defined by behavioural data such as previous purchases and site visits - on their future activities.

'Partnering and integrating with OX2/LBi will bring new depth to what we can offer our European clients,' added ForeSee President and CEO Larry Freed. 'The experience and thought leadership that Rene and OX2/LBi provide will cement the marriage between behavioural and attitudinal data.'
