Invoke Adds Dashboard and Portal Features
Invoke Solutions has announced the release of Engage Analytics, which extends its existing interactive qual-quant research sessions and enhances further its real-time reporting options.
Engage offers a real-time, web-based dashboard and data portal housing all clients' project and program data and promising to 'fulfil 90% of desired analytics in a simple to use manner that requires no IT involvement.' Beginning in 2009, the products will be part of every Invoke project.
President and CEO Ben Cesare comments: 'Unlike other offerings, Engage Analytics is designed both for researchers and the business user who needs easy access to research information in real time. And by incorporating on the fly verbatim management, it makes analyzing qualitative results much more efficient.' The product comes with an open API to integrate with other survey environments.
