Alliance and UK Promotion Pave Way for ENI Expansion
Specialist MR recruiter Elizabeth Norman International (ENI) has promoted Emy Rumble-Mettle to MD of its UK operation, and has announced a partnership with US-based Morgan Search International, as it expands its international presence.
ENI's CEO and founder Liz Norman will focus her attention on expanding the brand into other regions and driving the strategy of the group.
Rumble-Mettle joined the firm just over a year ago, from media recruitment company Round8 where she was Commercial Manager. She has twelve years' experience in the media and recruitment sectors, and began her recruitment career at PFJ. She comments: 'I am so pleased to be a major part of a business that manages to merge ethics and integrity with getting results... This last year has been challenging but we have grown revenues, hired more staff and still managed to maintain the standards that have made us a key driver in the research recruitment industry for two decades. We are keen for 2009 to be the year we take the proven and trusted ENI name into a new era.'
The partnership with Santa Monica, CA-based Morgan Search International (MSI) continues the theme of expanding geographical coverage. In a joint statement, Norman and MSI President and founder Karen Morgan said: 'we are pleased to announce that we have joined forces to offer a truly global service to our clients. Our mutual commitment to delivering talent on a global scale is extensive reaching through Europe, the Middle East, Australia, Asia and the US.'
