MM-Eye Hires Three from Simpson Carpenter

London-based market research agency MM-Eye has appointed three former Simpson Carpenter executives: Damien Field as Automotive Research Director, Deborah Fitzpatrick as Services Director, and Alison Phillips as Research Director.

Damien Field, Deborah Fitzpatrick, and Alison PhillipsField was previously Associate Director in Simpson Carpenter's automotive team. He has more than 12 years' of automotive research experience covering all aspects of the industry, with a particular expertise in new product development and brand tracking.

Fitzpatrick spent the last six years as Head of Practice for Automotive at Simpson Carpenter, and for the ten years prior to that, worked at NOP as Director of Syndicated Research. In her new role, she will be responsible for the integration, management and continual development of the business's systems.

Phillips has 17 years' research experience encompassing a range of sectors and methodologies. Most recently she worked as an Account Director at Simpson Carpenter. In her new position, she will be responsible for implementing new approaches to customer and client engagement.

MM-Eye is part of MM-Eye International AG which also has a German operation based in Hamburg. The firm, which employs thirty people, has developed a brand and reputation tracker which is currently being used by clients in the IT/telecoms, automotive and local government sectors.
