Lux Introduces Tech Company Assessment Tool
Emerging technology specialist Lux Research has introduced an assessment tool to provide a reference for the evaluation of emerging technology companies.
Lux provides advice and on-going intelligence for emerging technologies markets, based on primary research. The new 'Lux Innovation Grid' has been developed to provide a visual snapshot of individual companies in a given technology area. It is based on three criteria - the strength and value of core technology; business execution; and maturity - as well as Lux Research's own 'Lux Take'.
Scoring is based on factual information collected in primary interviews and site visits, in addition to the firm's analysts' independent evaluation of the company on 10 different factors, and its market insights in each technology domain.
