Harris Interactive Fastest Growing MR Company in US 6/6/00 Harris Interactive, a provider of Internet research, is the fastest growing market research firm in the States, according to Jack Honomichl's newly published report on the American market research industry. The list is based on revenues for 1999 and includes nearly all of the major market research firms in the United States. In 1999, Harris Interactive ranked 24th among the top 25 market research firms with revenues of US$37.3 million for the calendar year. This is an increase of 34.2% from 1998, when the company ranked 33rd. The increase of approximately US$13 million represented new work performed using Harris Interactive's Internet research technology. The Honomichl Report also states that the entire market research industry in the United States continues to grow. Overall research revenues among the 174 reporting firms rose to US$7.4 billion, up 9% over the previous year.
