New Contracts for FDS

FDS International has won three significant projects from new and existing clients, including Talking Pages, Courts and IDIS World Medecines.

The research agency is conducting the Talking Pages usage and attitude survey for the eleventh successive year. These annual studies, conducted among more than 2,000 consumers, measure awareness, usage of and detailed attitudes towards Talking Pages and competitive services. Questions include reactions to recent Talking Pages initiatives such as operators offering to connect callers directly to the appropriate businesses.

In an important strategic development, FDS is also helping furniture retailer Courts assess a new advertising campaign that stresses the quality and enthusiasm of its staff, a move away from aggressive price/sales-based advertising. The advertisements were fine-tuned following focus group testing by FDS.

FDS is also helping IDIS World Medicines hone all aspects of its service by administering and analysing a comprehensive customer satisfaction survey, among the company's UK client base of pharmacists, doctors, dentists and vets.
