WebSurveyResearch, a new US research company specialising in healthcare surveys online, has been created by The Ziment Group. The parent has already built a reputation in healthcare marketing research.

The move is intended to better realise the potential of the existing WebSurveyMD.com panel launched last spring by Ziment. This has already facilitated research surveys with an established panel of over 8,000 US physicians in the United States. Plans are in place to expand the respondent base to include European and Asian panellists during 2001. By the end of 2002, the company hopes to have recruited over 40,000 physicians around the globe.
