ORC has been awarded this recognition by Investors in People UK, the body responsible for promoting, quality assuring and developing the Investors in People National Standard. The recognition means that the agency has been clearly found to be a proven investor in people in four keys ways. These are in the company’s commitment to developing staff, in a clear business plan, in the active support and development of staff, and in the understanding of the impact of investment in staff.
