New Technology Panel Set Up for Europe

IntelliQuest, the marketing research company specialising in technology markets, has announced the expansion of its Technology Panel service into Europe.
The Technology Panel is based on a group of pre-profiled users and buyers of technology products and services. It is designed to provide a fast turnaround method of looking at hard-to-reach segments. The new European coverage should provide a useful supplement to the company’s existing American panel of more than 20,000 respondents.
"We're very excited to be able to offer a European segment of the Technology Panel," vice president of Client Service Julie Ward has said. "Now the advantages of the Technology Panel -- such as its low cost and fast turnaround -- include European coverage."
The new coverage is due to include panel members from France, Germany and the United Kingdom. These participants will be pre-profiled on more than 500 variables, allowing the research to proceed at a much faster response than some custom research, and at a relatively low cost. The panel also promises clients that results can be weighted to resemble target markets by using a population-defining source.
