BMRB Chooses E-Tabs for TGI

Leading market research agency BMRB has selected E-Tabs Reader software to deliver the quarterly results of its well known TGI (Target Group Index) study.

E-Tabs has produced a customised version of its E-Tabs Lite Reader, which will improve access for the many hundreds of users subscribing to the TGI survey.

Recognized as the global market leader in providing single-source media and marketing information, TGI has been successfully operating a continuous survey within the UK for over 30 years, providing behavioural and lifestyle information for users of over 4,000 brands in 500 product areas. The UK TGI 2001 Summer results will be released as 18 E-Tabs reports.

According to Richard Asquith, Deputy Managing Director of BMRB Media Services, "Clients expect us to supply TGI data raw for desk-top PC analysis and pre-processed in standard reports. Each year we printed over 3 million pages of tables, which had to be bound and shipped to the users. With many clients now receiving data four times a year, there was a clear need to come up with a solution that combined the advantages of printed volumes with fast indexing and easy storage."
