Denver-based Resolution Research has hired Eric Elkins as Director of Marketing Elkins specializes in new media marketing and PR, and has spent the last 10 years in media and marketing, including spells as Youth Content Editor for The Denver Post and Rocky Mountain News, and as publisher and founder of multi-platform media company BIAS, which focused on the 21-34 demographic. A widely published freelance writer, he served most recently as founding VP of Marketing at Mocapay, a mobile commerce company.
