US provider InsightExpress has grown its Product Operations team with two new appointments, James Eastwood as Junior Database Administrator and Ramon Llenado as Internet Developer; and promoted three existing staff, Suresh Kollipara, Dan Koppie and Janelle Taylor.

Kollipara becomes a Senior Database Architect, Koppie Software Engineer and Taylor Software Quality Assurance Specialist.

Kollipara joined InsightExpress in July of 2001 as Database Administrator, and will now manage its database systems. He graduated from Andhra University in India with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and currently resides in Stamford, CT.

Koppie joined in March of 2005 as Software Support Specialist, having worked in IT positions at NBC and General Electric. He graduated from Westchester Community College and currently resides in Staten Island, NY.

Taylor started out as a Software Quality Assurance Tester, two years ago, and will now add duties as the company’s primary point of contact for all Customer Service and Media technical support needs, She holds a B.S. from Barry University and an M.S. from Pace University, and currently resides in Elmsford, NY.

Eastwood, who holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Sacred Heart University, joins from Subway World Headquarters where he most recently held the position of Database Analyst.

Llenado last worked at Misys Banking Systems as a Developer of multi-tiered financial applications. He graduated from Mapua Institute of Technology in the Philippines with a B.S. in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
