US-based online panel firm uSamp has appointed Steven Sobolevsky as Chief Technology Officer.
uSamp – formerly United Sample – was founded in 2008 by the creators of the goZing™ online panel. The firm now has 90 team members based in Los Angeles, India, Connecticut and London; as well as 1.8 million global market research panellists.
Sobolevsky joins with more than 14 years’ experience in web application product management, software development and IT infrastructure expertise.
Most recently, he served as VP of Technology at RazorGator Interactive, where he grew the technology team from five to 70 members in three years. Prior to this, he was the Software Architect of Outreach Express, an SaaS platform for ordering laboratory tests and result reporting.
‘With our focus on technology as a differentiating factor, bringing on a CTO is a strategic move and Steve is the right person for the job,’ said co-founder and CEO Matt Dusig. ‘He will help guide our product and IT strategy and successfully execute our next generation panel platform.’
