US web analytics consultancy MaassMedia has promoted Dave George to the newly created post of Director of Client Services.
Philadelphia-based MaassMedia specializes in helping organizations collect and use online data to generate customer insights and drive higher site conversions.
George, who has been a Senior Analytics Account Manager with the firm for nearly two years, will now oversee the management and implementation of web analytics strategies and tactics including analysis, testing and reporting on behalf of clients. He will also be responsible for managing the overall quality and consistency of the firm’s service delivery.
Prior to joining the firm in 2010, George was a Data Analyst with insurance firm Asurian, and spent time as an Assistant VP at Merrill Lynch in their Global Wealth Management Online Strategy group.
