Debbie Proudfoot and JoAnne Ratermann have joined the pharma specialist in client service roles, each with more than 20 years of relevant experience. In addition, Ashley Gardner joins as an Associate Analyst and Merih Bennett and Chad Simpson as data specialists.

Proudfoot becomes Senior Director of Client Services, primarily responsible for West Coast clients. Her expertise centers on dermatology, rheumatology and in particular oncology, and encompasses brand development, forecasting, segmentation, awareness, tracking and utilization, positioning, and targeting. She worked previously for companies including Amgen, Miles Laboratories, and Roussel.

Ratermann becomes Director of Client Services in Indianapolis, developing custom research programs. She has nearly three decades of pharmaceutical industry experience, including 20 years in market research. Her therapeutic expertise is broad but with oncology at the forefront. She worked previously at Eli Lilly and Company, and before that led MR for the Bristol-Myers Squibb Oncology and Immunology business unit. She began her career in the pharmaceutical industry with Marion-Merrell Dow in Cincinnati.

Ashley Gardner joins as an Associate Analyst working with East Coast clients. A recent graduate of IUPUI, she has five and a half years of relevant MR experience including work for Stone Research Services in Indianapolis.

Two data specialists have also been appointed. Merih Bennett and Chad Simpson will handle coding and tabulation, plus other data quality functions. Bennett graduated from IUPUI with a Master degree in sociology, while Simpson arrives from Roche Diagnostics, having earlier graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a BS degree in advertising/ public relations.
