Nielsen has promoted Yvonne Lum to the role of Vice President of Consumer Research, Hong Kong, overseeing the division and team.
Lum, who re-joined the firm in 2006, has more than twelve years’ experience in research, covering both quant and qual. Most recently, she served as Director, Consumer Research, Hong Kong, before which she was Director of Client Services. Before 2006, she worked for Research International for more than seven years, having joined from ACNielsen, where she was a Senior Research Manager in Shanghai and an automotive researcher in Japan.
In her new role, Lum reports to Oliver Rust, MD, Nielsen Hong Kong and Jeff Stewart, MD, Consumer Research, Nielsen Greater China.
