
In the US, Heart+Mind Strategies - the company founded by five former Wirthlin Worldwide leaders - has appointed Shawn Wade and Melissa Rajan to expand its offerings in the healthcare sector. Both are based in the Los Angeles area.
Heart+Mind, which was
set up in 2010 by former Wirthlin execs Dee Allsop, Michael Dabadie, Beth Strackbein Forbes, Jennifer Airey and Jim Hoskins, specializes in brand, reputation and communications consulting.
Wade joins with ten years’ experience in healthcare strategy and research. Most recently, he served as VP of Market Strategies International, prior to which he spent eight years at Harris Interactive. His expertise covers the product life cycle and includes a focus on specialty pharmaceuticals and oncology.
Rajan has twelve years of experience in healthcare research with a primary focus on specialty pharmaceuticals and oncology. She also joins from Market Strategies, where she worked as a Research Director, prior to which she was Senior Research Manager at Harris Interactive. She began her career as a Survey Specialist at NORC at the University of Chicago.
