Claire Ralphson-CookLondon-based retail, shopper and consumer specialist Red Onion Research has appointed qual expert Claire Ralphson-Cook as Research Director.

Ralphson-Cook joins with nearly two decades experience in the retail arena, having worked both client and agency side.

Most recently a Consultant at Thinktank International Research, she worked previously as Director, Qualitative Space at Research International, alongside Red Onion founding partners Emma Meilak and Laura Betts.

Earlier, Ralphson-Cook served as Research Manager at Rhetorik, where she helped establish an ad hoc market research division. She began her career with clothing retailer High & Mighty, before moving on to Walkers Snack Foods.

Meilak comments: ‘Claire has a wealth of experience in consumer research and her significant experience in digital and multichannel research will perfectly complement our toolkit. We look forward to working with Claire and know our clients will enjoy working with her too.’
