
In the UK, full service agency Radius Global Market Research has appointed Darren George as Research Director in its EMEA office, with a remit to design and implement custom market research solutions across a range of industry sectors.
The firm’s
London office was opened in 2010 and services clients in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
George joins from TNS Research International in Malaysia, where as Director, Client Services he worked with clients in the auto and IT sectors, while also heading up the firm’s TRU (teenage research) offering. Prior to this, he served as Research Director at Frost & Sullivan, responsible for delivering quant and qual studies across a number of industry segments. Earlier, George held roles at Promar, 3Com Corporation, Asian Strategies, and SRG Research Services in Hong Kong.
In his new role, he reports to Michael Fodor, MD of Radius EMEA, who comments: ‘Darren adds more than two decades of global experience to our Radius EMEA management team. His work on both the agency and client side of the business gives him the kind of perspective needed to truly partner with marketers to solve their complex business issues.’
