In Scotland, full service agency Progressive has appointed Sarah Ainsworth as a Research Director, in charge of the executive team.

Progressive, which was established in 1985, operates from offices in Edinburgh and a satellite office and viewing facility in Glasgow. The firm offers both qual and quant with research specialisms including behavioural change, communications, customer and employee satisfaction. In addition, the company runs the Scottish Opinion Omnibus, which provides access to a sample of 1,000 adults.

Ainsworth joins with more than twenty years’ research experience, the last thirteen of them running her own consultancy Intervention Space, focusing on communication research. Prior to this, she was a Partner at research and consulting business Change Agency, and a Director at Durdle Davies Business Research. She has worked with clients across the tourism, finance, travel, education and retail sectors.
