In the US, customer satisfaction specialist Hudson Management Services (HMS) has appointed Dave Milonski as Managing Director of its HMS Market Solutions division.

St. Louis, MO-based HMS, which was founded in 1993, offers a range of appointment setting, market research, and customer survey services.

Milonski (pictured) has been associated with HMS since 2003, and his experience over the last three decades has covered market research, leadership development, management consulting, organizational development, and executive coaching.
