
Canadian customer experience management software firm ResponseTek has appointed former PwC director Mark Hill as Managing Director for the UK and EMEA region.
Founded in 1999, ResponseTek has offices in Vancouver, Toronto and London, UK, from where it offers technology to manage customer experience down to a transactional level.
Hill (pictured) joins from PwC (PriceWaterhouseCoopers), where as Account Director and SME on Customer Experience, he was charged with improving customer experience and satisfaction for a wide range of clients. He previously held consulting positions at IBM, KPMG, and PwC.
