America’s Country Music Association has appointed Nicole James as Senior Manager of Market Research and Michelle Jacobs as Strategic Partnerships Coordinator.
Reporting to Senior Director of Market Research Karen Stump, James will manage a broad range of research initiatives related to CMA events and proprietary consumer panel CMA Insiders. She joins from Portland, OR-based Market Decisions Corporation where she worked as a Senior Project Manager. Prior to this she worked in marketing and media management positions with Pierre Marcolini Chocolatier and Victoria's Secret Beauty. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Belmont University and her MBA from Pepperdine University.
According to Stump, James bring ‘a unique combination of research skills and knowledge that allow her to quickly step into the role and make a positive impact on research programs.’
Jacobs, previously Sales and Marketing Coordinator for Nashville's Hard Rock Café, will report to Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships Angela Mendenhall and will work on the co-ordination and development of partner programs among other areas.
