In London, consumer insight technology firm Lumi Mobile has appointed former TNS exec Amie Kernan as Relationship Manager, to focus on managing new and existing client accounts, and help them to understand the capabilities of Lumi's products.
Lumi offers mobile technology for real-time audience engagement, while its proprietary RE4CTOR software is used by researchers to provide an understanding of consumer attitudes, opinion and behaviour. Last year, the firm struck a deal with
Kantar, which took a £2m minority stake in Lumi in exchange for help with commercialising its mobile technology.
Kernan (pictured) joins from TNS, where she spent six years, latterly as Head Project Manager, responsible for managing a team and new method, adhoc, and continuous projects. Prior to this, she served as Marketing Literature Project Manager at insurance firm AXA.
In her new role, Kernan will also be involved in business development, marketing and communications and project management, working closely with Lumi’s offices in New York and Vaasa, Finland.
Richard Taylor, CEO of Lumi Mobile, comments: ‘This is a key role in our continuous effort to build deeper and stronger relationships with our clients. I’m delighted to welcome Amie aboard as we close another exciting year for Lumi and extend our reach into the global research industry.’
