Paige Thompson and Tiffany AguilarIn New York, qual/quant agency Insight Strategy Group has appointed Paige Thompson as an Analyst and promoted Tiffany Aguilar to the same title.

Founded in 1998, Insight’s services include thought leadership studies, segmentation/targeting strategy, brand positioning/strategy, and brand tracker studies, across sectors that include kids, media, travel and leisure, fashion and retail, consumer products, and education and social cause.

Thompson joins from in-sync Consumer Insight Corporation in Toronto, where she served as Associate Strategist, developing and analyzing qual and reflective MR methodologies. Prior to this, she served as a Brand Researcher for LEVEL5. In her new role, she is charged with developing and conducting both qual and quant research, and analyzing and interpreting the resulting data to identify the underlying psychological factors impacting people’s behavior.

Aguilar joined the company in 2011 from Scholastic Media, where she worked as a learning specialist in an inner-city high school, and served as Assistant Director for non-profit Student Press Initiative. With her background in children’s media and development psychology, Aguilar co-ordinates and executes qual and quant studies for the firm’s Insight Kids program.
