The Mystery Shopping Providers Association of North America (MSPA-NA) has announced its 2013 Board of Directors, with Stan Hart of RitterAssociates going into his second term as the association’s President.

MSPA is made up of member companies that provide mystery shopping services across a variety of industries. New 2013 Board members also include:

The MSPA-NA’s newly-configured Board features shorter Board terms and a redesigned committee structure.
