
US-based research technology firm Decipher has hired Michelle Andre for the newly created position of Director of Marketing, responsible for developing and executing strategic marcoms programs.
Founded in 2000, Decipher specializes in online survey programming, data collection, data processing/reporting, and custom technology development. The firm’s
Beacon solution integrates its data collection capabilities with a DIY graphical interface for online and mobile surveys.
Andre (pictured) joins after 13 years running her own marcoms agency, during which time, she also served as Director of Membership & Marketing for the Merola Opera Program in San Francisco and Director of Marketing at Napa Valley Opera House.
In her new role based at the firm’s new office in
Bend, Oregon, Andre will work closely with the firm’s President Kristin Luck to drive internal and external communications, run company events and trade shows, and manage relationships with ad, marketing, and communications partners.
