
In New York, research-driven advisory firm Digital Clarity Group (DCG) has appointed former Yankee Group Analyst Allen Bonde as Partner and Principal Analyst, to focus on CRM and social marketing business.
DCG provides research, consulting, events and advisory services, to help businesses understand how to use technology to develop new customer engagement strategies.
Most recently, Bonde (pictured) co-founded social marketing platform Offerpop, and he will continue to serve as Chief Strategist at digital media and events company The Pulse Network alongside his new position. Earlier, he was CMO at eVergance, and an Analyst and Practice Director at McKinsey, Extraprixe, and the Yankee Group.
