Zain Raj Euro RSCG Discovery – the data analytics and customer relationship marketing arm of marketing services agency Euro RSCG Worldwide – has appointed Zain Raj as CEO.

Raj has a background in packaged goods, retail and service categories, with experience launching and building brands locally, regionally and globally. He was previously Executive VP – CMO of Euro RSCG Chicago, and will continue to act as Global Practice Leader – Retail Brands, for RSCG Worldwide.

Reporting to Ron Bess, Euro RSCG's Chicago CEO and North American COO, in his new role Raj will direct operations, key initiatives, client service and new business across the agency's three offices in Chicago, Wilton and Richmond, Va.

‘Zain is regarded by many as one of the industry's best prognosticators, particularly in the areas of retail and CRM,’ said Bess. ‘I have had the pleasure of working with him for many years and have seen firsthand how knowledgeable and creative he is.’
