Digital data collection provider Research Now has appointed Patrizia Elli as Director of Client Development for Italy, responsible for leading client development efforts across the country, and managing the performance of the team in Milan.

In 2010, Research Now opened the Milan office, which is located in the heart of the city, less than five minutes from the Duomo, and near to the historic 'Colonne di San Lorenzo'.

Elli (pictured) joins the team with more than 20 years' market research experience. Most recently, she served as Head of the Quantitative Unit at Pavan Insights, prior to which, she was Head of Client Service and Quantitative Department Director at Research International Italy, and Director of Research at Doxa.
