Online analytics pioneer Webtrends has appointed John Harrison as Vice President of Client Experience, leading the team responsible for helping clients improve conversion rates and report on their digital marketing programs.

Harrison (pictured) joins with more than eighteen years’ experience of developing brand and business strategies, with a focus on client relationship management. Most recently, he served as President of Client Experience at Yesmail Interactive, where he worked for the past eight years. He earlier worked for [at]Once, which was acquired by Yesmail in 2005; as Director Product Management at GeoTrust; and as Senior Program Manager at Symantec.
