
Waltham, MA-based ‘Voice of the Customer’ specialist Applied Marketing Science, Inc. (AMS) has announced the return of former employee John Mitchell, this time as a Principal working in the Product & Process Innovation practice area. He brings more than fifteen years’ MR experience, and will be responsible for client management and the design and delivery of customized research studies covering innovation and new product development.
He worked previously at the company between 2004 and 2008, and rejoins from innovation strategy consulting firm Innosight where he was a Manager. Before joining Innosight, he led the North American customer insights team at printing firm Vistaprint, after a spell in Customer Insights in the Marketing and Sales practice of McKinsey & Company. His qualifications include an MBA from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
