London-based full service agency IFF Research has appointed Emma Lax as Research Manager at its offices in Islington.

IFF specialises in researching business, marketing and public policy issues in the UK and international markets for public, private and third sector clients.

Lax (pictured) joins from B2B boutique agency Circle Research, where she served as an SRE on projects spanning brand tracking, thought leadership, marketing and communications strategy, message testing, and segmentation. Prior to this, she was a Research Consultant at public and third sector research specialist Rocket Science in Edinburgh. Earlier, she undertook a year-long voluntary project with the Scottish Government looking at the relationship between Scotland’s young people and alcohol.
