Technology and B2B specialist Illuminas has appointed Jacob Manhart for the new position of Manager of Programming Solutions in its Austin, Texas office.

The firm also has headquarters in London, as well as operations in New York, Hong Kong, and Shanghai.

Manhart (pictured) joins with a decade of experience in the market research industry. During this time, he worked as a Programmer for data collection agency Bernett Research, where he was involved in building and administrating both web and CAT surveys, using Confirmit and Quancept software.
