
In the UK, GfK has hired former Ipsos ASI director Debbie Cunningham as Technology lead within its new Brand and Customer Experience (BaCE) practice.
The practice uses a range of tools and techniques to evaluate traditional marketing communications alongside other touch points in the customer experience, in order to identify the drivers of influence.
Cunningham joins with more than twelve years’ experience working in the FMCG, retail, finance and technology sectors, during which time, she has held positions at Ipsos ASI, Synovate, and Research International.
In her new role, Cunningham will report to recently promoted
Iain Stanfield, UK Head of Brand and Customer Experience, who comments: ‘Debbie is a key addition to our expanding team. This is a reflection of our business growth due, in no small part, to the integration of thought leadership in brand and communication research combined with an intimate knowledge of the needs of companies in the technology sector.’
