Oliver Farr In the UK, London-based agency Outlook has promoted qual specialist Oliver Farr to the position of Research Director working on new media, energy, retail and transport sector accounts.

Farr joined the firm in September 2000, from Kwest Research in Manchester where he had worked for the previous two years. He has an MA from the University of St Andrews.

Director Chris Onley says the promotion has been made in recognition of Farr’s excellent contributions to the continued success of the company.

Outlook was founded in 1996 by Onley and Diane Allard who have more than 30 years combined agency-side research experience. The firm, which has a fieldforce of 21 regional supervisors and over 500 interviewers, is online at www.outlookresearch.co.uk .
