In the US, behavioral marketing firm x+1 has hired Paul Davis as Vice President Analytics to improve digital return for clients.

Davis was previously VP and Senior Scientist at Marketing Management Analytics (MMA) where for the past four years, he led the firm’s product development efforts for advanced analytics, statistics and operations research applications. Prior to this, he oversaw database marketing at digital agency Modem Media (now Publics Modem) where he helped clients improve their online marketing effectiveness, including web site, off-site and e-mail. He has a BSc in Applied Mathematics and Statistics and an MA in Operations Research from SUNY @ Stony Brook.

‘I've worked with Paul for many years and he has a proven track record of helping marketers improve their ROI through advanced analytics. His talents will be vital to our continued growth and ability to add value to our clients,’ said CEO John Nardone who also recently joined the company from MMA.

New York-based x+1 was founded in 1999 to develop statistical modeling technology to control traditional direct marketing techniques online.
