US-based Visible Measures Corp., a measurement firm specializing in Internet video consumption and distribution, has added three people to its business development team.

Seraj Bharwani, previously a founding partner of Digitas, joins as Senior VP of Business Development; Evan Berg, previously of Brightcove, as VP of Corporate and Business Development; and Alex Nasson, previously with Interwoven, joins as Director of Alliances and Channels.

The new arrivals will work with VP of Sales Scott Velechko to build both customer and partner relationships. Brian Shin, founder and CEO of Visible Measures, says the three were ‘handpicked for their proven ability to drive success in rapidly evolving technology and media marketplaces.’

Bharwani was previously at Digitas for more than 14 years, in roles including SVP and Group Director, having been part of the founding team which led the company through its early growth phase, IPO and acquisition by the Publicis Group.

Berg spent two years at Brightcove, a leading Internet TV platform provider and a Visible Measures partner, where his role included helping video publishers monetize their content and publishers to distribute their Internet TV content. Before this he was Senior Director, Business Development at Macromedia, following its takeover of Allaire, on whose bus dev team he worked after a spell as a corporate finance lawyer.

Nasson joined Interwoven in 2005 as director of Business Development, and like Berg worked at Macromedia – where he was Senior Director of World Wide Alliances & Channels – and at Allaire. Other roles were at Sybase, Powersoft, Compaq and Digital Equipment.

The company, a member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau's (IAB) Digital Video Committee and of the Advertising Research Foundation (ARF), is online at www.visiblemeasures.com .
